With over 6 years in the professional cleaning sector, we pride ourselves on knowing exactly what it takes to deliver a consistently high level of cleaning for your workspace or property. We vet our cleaners whilst interviewing them in their own home’s and aim to protect their welfare when working in your premises through vigilant Health and Safety guidance.

We believe in long-lasting relationships with our clients and cleaners, built on trust and the care we take to deliver the results you expect. We listen to your needs and offer professional advice, creating a balance that we find is effective in conducting a cleaning service we take pride in and are proud to offer.

Getting To Know Us

We thought this might be a good time to tell you a bit about ourselves. We started off in domestic cleaning (Time For You across East Devon and West Dorset). The companies grew very quickly.

Due to the success of Time For You and the frequent enquiries we received for commercial cleans, we felt we needed to evolve into a separate commercial enterprise as well. Hence Cleaning South West.

We now proudly work to offer both domestic and commercial specialist cleaning through both businesses across the South West.

Ollie - Account Manager

Ollie has always been a business owner, running a successful tree surgery business after leaving school. Used to client facing appointments and working with subcontractors, Ollie’s skills have been effectively transferable to the cleaning business. Ollie loves to get out and about, exploring different properties and premises as well as meeting a diverse range of people through client appointments and cleaner interviews

Dominique - Office Manager

Dominique used to be a cleaner in both domestic and commercial environments and therefore has hands on knowledge about what is entailed. Dominique then became a personal assistant for another Time For You cleaning company and went on to build her own business with husband Ollie. They now clean over 200 houses a week. Dominique’s skills lie in administration and customer service, ensuring streamline admin processes within Cleaning South West, resulting in efficient customer communication and setting up of cleans.

Between us, we have a wealth of relevant experience and versatile skills. We believe the reasons that we have been successful in the cleaning industry is recognising the importance of prompt client communication, high standards of cleaning and strong working relationships with our cleaners.

We pride ourselves on being honest, reliable and professional. We will always, within reason, go the extra mile for our customers.

We don’t believe in tying our clients into unnecessary long contracts. We operate a 30-day rolling contract and are confident that you will want to work with us long term.

Our dedicated client support team are available during office hours to support you with any aspect of your commercial cleaning. We can also offer extra cleans on an ad-hoc basis e.g. special client visits, inspections etc.

Before a cleaner can join our team we conduct stringent vetting checks which include:

1) An initial phone interview to check that the candidate is right for our clients

2) Collation of candidate’s references

3) Inspection of identification documents

4) A home visit to verify proof of address

5) We provide both public liability and accidental damage insurance
